Starting with a focused 12-week coaching program designed to help you break long-standing patterns, regain clarity, and rebuild how you relate to yourself and your life.
We don’t rely on motivation, surface goals, or mindset techniques alone.
As part of the 12-week process, each client completes a dedicated Breakthrough Session.
Coaching focuses on:
* Breaking repeating emotional and behavioural patterns
* Restoring clarity, confidence, and self-trust
* Changing how you respond under pressure
* Creating structure and habits that actually stick
* Integrating insight into daily life, not just understanding it
This is the core Anchored State offering and the foundation for long-term, sustainable change.

Breakthrough Sessions
A focused, intensive session working on a specific area of life.
This is a session designed to identify and clear internal blocks so responses are no longer driven by past experiences or outdated patterns.
Each Breakthrough Session works on one specific area of life where old conditioning is still influencing how you think, feel, or respond, even when it no longer serves you.
The session is completed over 5 to 6 hours of deep one-on-one work.
This structure allows time for:
* Precise identification of the internal block or pattern
* The breakthrough process itself
* Integration and future planning
Breakthrough Sessions are often used to work through:
* Automatic emotional or behavioural responses
* Stress and pressure patterns
* Confidence and self-trust limitations
* Habits or internal resistance
* Identity-level transitions

Hypnotherapy
Work directly with the unconscious patterns that shape how you think, feel, and respond.
Hypnosis allows us to access the part of the mind where habits, stress responses, and automatic reactions are formed. It’s a focused, evidence-based process used to interrupt unhelpful patterns and support meaningful behavioural change.
Sessions are practical, structured, and tailored to the specific issue being addressed.
